A calmer way to run your maker business
Stop running your maker business from memory.
RocketWorks is production and packing software for makers selling online. It gives you one clear workflow to see what needs making first, what is already underway, which jobs can be made together and what is ready to pack - without juggling marketplace screens, handwritten lists and everything in your head.
RocketWorks is production and packing software for makers. See what needs making next, what is underway and what is ready to pack - without juggling shops, lists and everything in your head.
- All your making work in one place
- Set up once, ready every time it sells
- Everything to pack, clearly checked off
The real problem is not making. It is keeping track of everything around it.
Your shops tell you what sold. RocketWorks tells you what to do next.
Orders may be spread across different shops, but the making work belongs in one place. As orders build up, remembering what needs making, where every item has reached, which customer asked for something different and what can be made together becomes a significant mental load.
RocketWorks holds that operational picture for you - tracking each order separately while helping you see what comes next and which jobs can be made together.
When a product you do not make often sells again, there is no need to wonder how on earth you made it - or which supplies you used. RocketWorks remembers the making steps, timing, supplies, where to buy them and packing requirements, then walks you through the work step by step.
Sound familiar?
The questions that slow a busy maker down
What should I make first?
New orders have arrived, older work is already underway and the handwritten list no longer tells the whole story.
Where was I up to?
Stop for the night - or return after a busy weekend and another wave of orders - and immediately see what is waiting, underway and ready to pack.
What supplies do I need?
You remember the material, but not the exact type, colour or finish, which supplier it came from or where to buy more when stock is running low.
What did this customer ask for?
A bespoke request or packing note is sitting in a message thread, separate from the work you are actually doing.
A simple working rhythm
Set it up once. Let RocketWorks remember it.
RocketWorks brings the information scattered across marketplaces, notes and your memory into one practical place.
Bring your orders into one place
Upload your eBay and Etsy orders and see the work together, instead of moving between marketplace screens, handwritten lists and memory.
Tell RocketWorks how you make it - once
Save the making steps, timings, supplies and what belongs in the parcel for each product and variation. When it sells again, RocketWorks turns the order into clear workshop work using the process you already set up.
Start with the next clear job
Open RocketWorks tomorrow, after a busy weekend or when another wave of orders arrives, and immediately see what still needs making, what is underway and what is ready to pack.
What this looks like in a real workshop
Make similar jobs together. Pack every item. Send every order with confidence.
Make similar jobs in one go
Two eBay orders and one Etsy order need the same part sanded or painted? Group those jobs, work through them together and mark them all complete in one go - while each customer’s order stays separate.
Let RocketWorks keep track of the clock
Start a print, curing cycle, drying step or any other timed job and RocketWorks tracks its progress for you. When the set time is reached, RocketWorks can safely complete the step - so there is no separate timer or finish time to keep in your head.
Every item stays visible until it is packed
If a customer orders three, RocketWorks keeps all three visible until they are made and gives each one its own packing checklist - not one easy-to-miss “Qty 3” line. RocketWorks will not let the parcel be marked as dispatched until every item is packed.
One customer. Two orders. One parcel.
If the same customer places two orders for the same address, RocketWorks identifies when they can be safely grouped and packed together in one parcel. You can then buy postage once instead of twice, while its packing checks help ensure nothing from either order is left behind.
Remember the differences between options
Your large version needs a different print, finish or box from the small one? RocketWorks brings up the right image, making steps, supplies and packing checklist for each.
Know what you need at each step
Need a particular paint for finishing or a specific screw during assembly? The amount, reminder and buy-more link are ready beside the step where you need them.
Keep special instructions with the order
One order needs an EU VAT notice; another needs the buyer’s custom message. Add the reminder to the order so it stays visible while you make and pack, instead of reopening marketplace messages or hoping you remember.
From making to posting, nothing gets lost
Need to include instructions, a handwritten note or a bag of fixings? Add them to the packing checklist. When making is complete, RocketWorks moves the order into packing and keeps every requirement with it through to dispatch.
Ready for busier days
Grow your range without carrying more in your head.
As your products, shops and orders grow, so does everything you need to remember. RocketWorks turns that knowledge into a repeatable workflow, helping you handle busier days without creating more lists or more confusion.
Handle busier order days with clear priorities
See what should be made first, what is already underway and which matching jobs can be completed together.
Add more products without relying on memory
Keep the steps, supplies and packing requirements for every product ready whenever it sells again.
Reduce mistakes and avoidable rework
Keep custom requests, every physical item and everything required in the parcel visible until the order is complete.
Build a process that is easier to share
A clear, repeatable workflow makes it easier for another pair of hands to help without everything depending on what only you remember.
Why RocketWorks exists
Built from the workbench, not a boardroom.
I built RocketWorks after feeling the same strain it is designed to solve. As my range grew, the information needed to make each product became scattered across marketplace listings, supplier pages, old notes and memory.
I now use RocketWorks every day to manage my 3D printer farm. When a busy weekend brings a glut of orders, I can see what carried over from last week, what still needs gluing, which jobs can be made together and what is ready to pack - without reconstructing everything from eBay, Etsy, scraps of paper and Notepad files.
That sense of relief is what RocketWorks was created to give other makers.
